4 PLACES YOU SHOULD BE SHOPPING

One of the most frequently asked questions I receive is where I find my clothes and where I shop. Although I like to shop with many different retailers, there are a few key places I consider essential to building a plus size wardrobe I love, and that works for my budget. Check out some of my go-to retailers for plus size fashion and why I love shopping with each of them!

Target offers a lot of great wardrobe options, but I love their dresses most. You can always count on Target to offer staples like the little black or little white dress. They also do plenty of on trend dresses with fun prints, sleeve details, and other nods to whatever is popular at the moment. When I go back and look at my most worn and loved dresses from recent years, Target really takes the top spot. BONUS: they also offer wide width shoes online and all of their clothing, including most pajamas, go up to a 4X.

Walmart is not only one of my personal favorites, it’s a favorite of those who follow and shop with me on the LIKEtoKNOW.it app. (If you don’t have the app, it’s completely free and allows you to find everything I share in one place, ready to shop! Click HERE. This is an affiliate link.) Walmart finds are among my most popular content, and I understand why! Year after year, they continue to offer basics and trendy pieces at prices that can’t be beat. Work, lounge, cute, casual options perfect for weekends – it’s all there. I really love the house brand Terra and Sky, and the recent addition of Eloquii Elements, a much more affordable offshoot of the Eloquii brand where nothing is over $50.

Amazon can be a bit tricky, but it does have a lot of hidden gems! The great thing about Amazon is how easy it is to shop. Everything right to your door in a snap, and a crazy easy return process. No matter what you’re looking for, you can search for ANYTHING. Even though I love Target and Walmart, I’m probably never going to find a cocktail dress there. A quick search on Amazon will not only yield a cocktail dress, I’ll most likely find matching jewelry, shoes, and a bag while I’m there. I also love being able to see so many reviews with pictures of real people, not models. It helps so much when trying to decide on a size or color. As an Amazon Fashion Influencer, I have my very own Amazon Storefront where you can shop my favorites and recommendations any time, just click HERE. This is an affiliate link.

Old Navy plus size options have become a huge part of my wardrobe as loungewear has become more popular. The sweatshirts and sweatpants and matching lounge sets are hard to beat! At times Old Navy items can be a bit pricey for being a mass retailer, but they have sales and coupons often, so I try to never pay full price for anything. Another thing I love about Old Navy is that they are size inclusive with their matching family PJ options at the holidays, and they make plus clothing for kiddos. I wish they would make all sizes available in store, but for now, shopping them online is a go-to for me and I do love their plus selection
